4 Go-To Brunch Spots in Las Vegas you need to try

Vegas may be the entertainment capital of the world, but that’s not all it’s about. Vegas spoils us with its food. Aside from flipping around at The Beatles LOVE show my favourite thing to do is eat. It’s funny, you may not associate a Cirque performer with a passion for eating. For me, though, they go hand in hand. The more energy I put out on stage the more I can indulge in “food, glorious food!”

For a Cirque Artist in Las Vegas, brunch is the most important meal of the day. As we work late into the evenings, a lot of us aren’t “morning people”. Which is why brunch is often a daily occurrence. Working on The Beatles LOVE, we are particularly lucky as we have Sundays off. That’s how I have been able to try all the best Brunch spots in Vegas and am here to give you my top 4…

1. The Garden Las Vegas

If you’re looking for the best of both worlds, The Garden Las Vegas will feed you delicious food whilst also giving you top-notch entertainment. The Garden is home to some of the best Drag Queens in the country and they know how to put on a show! Tickets are $75USD per person for a brunch entree, bottomless mimosas and a front row seat to a star-studded interactive drag show. I mean, seriously, what’s not to love?!

2. Jardin - Encore at Wynn

If you’re looking for something a bit more slow-paced and are feeling a little bougie. Jardin at Encore will not disappoint. My grandma is one classy lady, and she insists on brunch at Jardin every time she makes the trip from England to visit. Jardin boasts class with its conservatory setting, looking out at the pristine pools and gardens of the hotel. Their brunch menu has something for everyone whether it may be a smoked bloody Mary and short rib & egg sliders, or a green juice paired with a vegan kale scramble. Mine (and Grandma’s) personal favourite is the Maine Lobster Benedict, as it is most definitely a thing of beauty. If you’re going to be fancy, why not go all out, right?

3. Good Morning Kitchen

I am well and truly spoiled with this next pick as it’s approximately a 3-minute drive from my house. Good Morning Kitchen hasn’t been open very long and is already a local favourite. It is just off strip in Spring Valley but completely worth the short drive. They offer all your breakfast favourites from pancakes and French toasts to chilaquiles and breakfast burritos. They also offer an extensive vegan menu for all you plant-based foodies. I can’t even choose a standout dish because honestly everything here is amazing!

4. Baby Birds Cafe

Located up in Summerlin right beside the Lakes (yes, we have lakes in Vegas). Baby Birds Cafe is the place to go if your Instagram feed needs a bit of love. From their floral adorned interior to their picture-perfect plates, this is every influencer’s dream brunch spot. With a wide selection of frappés and iced coffees, they have you covered for the desert heat. The food also tastes just as good as it looks. They serve up a selection of specialty toasts, smoothie bowls and salads using all natural ingredients. The “Smoked Salmon Toast” is delectable but so is the “Vegan Tuna Toast”, a must try whether you’re vegan or not. It’s absolutely delish!

Well there you have it! My top 4 brunch spots. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you get a chance to go and try some of them out. I can assure you whichever you pick you won’t be disappointed.
